Nutrition and Dietetics - what we treat

Food plays an extremely important role in our lives and building a healthy relationship with it is imperative to maintain a healthy lifestyle. To help get the most out of your sessions with our dietitian we recommended coming to your first appointment with a three to four day food diary. This helps the practitioner to get an idea of what you are currently eating and drinking and will allow you to get the most out of the session.
